Summer 2024

Worked on advanced GIS applications for urban planning under the AMRUT 2.0 initiative. Developed and enhanced QGIS plugins using Python, PyQt5, and GDAL libraries for geospatial data processing and analysis.

Developed and tested the Sankalan 2.0 QGIS plugin for seamless data transfer, quality validation, and spatial analysis under the AMRUT 2.0 urban planning scheme at Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (ISRO).
Implemented modules for coordinate system reprojection, grid generation, and metadata automation using Python, PyQt5, and GDAL within the QGIS Processing Framework.
•Conducted functional and quality testing across diverse urban planning use-cases, enhancing plugin reliability and user experience for GIS-based infrastructure development.
